10 Days / 09 Nights

DAY 01: ARRIVAL IN LIMA Reception at the Airport, welcome and transfer to the selected hotel. Rest of the day free. Overnight in Lima.

DAY 02: LIMA CITY TOUR This tour begins with a panoramic view of the Huaca Pucllana, a pre-Inca temple from the 4th century AD. Then we visit the Central Reserve Bank Museum*, where you can admire exhibits of ancient Peruvian cultures, including a select collection of gold objects, ceramics, textiles from various pre-Columbian cultures, and the Cohen Gold Collection. A walk through the Main Square follows, to see the Cathedral, Government Palace, and Municipal Palace. We also visit the Santo Domingo Convent Museum. Finally, enjoy an impressive view of the Pacific Ocean. *BCRP Museum closed to the public on Mondays and Sundays. Overnight in Lima.

DAY 03: FLIGHT TO CUSCO – CITY TOUR Breakfast. At the appropriate time, transfer to the airport to board your flight to Cusco. Reception, welcome, and transfer to the selected hotel. Rest of the morning to acclimatize. At the appropriate time (around 1:30 pm), pick up from the hotel to start the city tour, visiting Qoricancha (Temple of the Sun) and Santo Domingo Convent, the Cathedral and Cusco’s main square. Then we visit the nearby archaeological park: Sacsayhuaman, Q’enqo, Pukapukara, and Tambomachay. Return to the hotel. Overnight in Cusco.

DAY 04: CUSCO – SACRED VALLEY + LUNCH Breakfast. In the morning we head to Pisaq to explore the archaeological site and visit the traditional craft market. The tour continues along the Vilcanota River to Urubamba, where we will enjoy a delicious lunch. Afterwards, we visit Ollantaytambo, one of the last living Inca towns with original street layouts, and explore the impressive archaeological complex. Overnight in Cusco.

DAY 05: CUSCO – MACHU PICCHU Breakfast. At the appropriate time, transfer to the train station to board the train to Aguas Calientes. Upon arrival, we take a bus to Machu Picchu citadel, where we will enjoy a guided tour of the Sanctuary, exploring the agricultural area, urban sector, Sun Temple gate, stone quarries, botanical garden, Temple Plaza, the Three Windows, the Intihuatana (sundial), the Sacred Rock, among others. Free time to appreciate the site and take photos. Return to the hotel. Overnight in Aguas Calientes.

DAY 06: CUSCO – RAINBOW MOUNTAIN Early morning departure to Vinicunca, also known as “Rainbow Mountain”. At midday, we will have a short break to enjoy our box lunch. This tour is designed for nature lovers with good fitness and attitude to complete an 8-hour trek (4 hours up and 4 hours down) to witness the majestic Andes range. Afternoon return to Cusco. Overnight in Cusco.

DAY 07: TOURIST BUS CUSCO – PUNO Pick up from your hotel at 6:30 am to begin this beautiful journey to Puno on a modern, comfortable tourist bus with a bilingual guide. Along the way, we visit: Andahuaylillas (3122 m.a.s.l.), a charming town with a historic church built over pre-Hispanic ruins. Raqchi (3450 m.a.s.l.), an Inca archaeological site known for the Temple of Wiracocha, a large rectangular structure. (Buffet Lunch Included). The buffet features Andean foods and Novo Andean international cuisine. Abra la Raya (4335 m.a.s.l.), the highest point of the route with stunning Andean landscapes and llama/alpaca herding. Pucara Museum (3900 m.a.s.l.), showcasing the ceramics and archaeological remains of the ancient Pucara culture, one of the oldest in the region. Arrival in Puno. Overnight in Puno.

DAY 08: PUNO: UROS – TAQUILE Departure at 6:45 am from your hotel. We head to the port and at 7:15 am, set off for the floating islands of Uros, part of the Titicaca National Reserve. During the boat ride, enjoy panoramic views of the lake. Our specialized guide will introduce you to the Uros culture, which still practices traditional fishing, bird hunting, and egg gathering. There are currently 115 islands, each well organized. After visiting the Uros, we continue by boat (2.5-hour journey) to Taquile Island, known for its high-quality textiles recognized by UNESCO. Men do the weaving from a young age, while women handle spinning. Life on the island remains largely untouched by modernity. The visit lasts about 2 hours, including a typical lunch (Included). You can also support the community by purchasing handmade crafts. Return to Puno by 5 pm. Overnight in Puno.

DAY 09: PUNO – SILLUSTANI Breakfast. Visit to the Sillustani burial towers, one of the largest necropolises in the world, located 34 km from Puno at 3,840 m.a.s.l. The site features impressive chullpas (stone towers) built by the Colla and Inca cultures. Originally built in the 12th century, these structures served as burial places for nobles and priests. The location was chosen for its spiritual significance, surrounded by the Umayo Lagoon, creating a magical and peaceful atmosphere. Overnight in Puno.

DAY 10: PUNO – RETURN TO LIMA Breakfast. Free time to enjoy your stay in Puno. At the indicated time, transfer to the airport for your return flight to Lima.
